Pre-paid, pre-booked Electric Vehicle Charging for 1 to 4 hours, available 24/7

WPM University offer a Charging Point on Campus for your electric car and is available for everyone to use - staff, students, visitors and public.

Facility

7kW charging points with IEC62196 Connectors

Fees

£1 flat fee plus £1 per hour (electricity is included in this fee).

Conditions

If the pre-booked stay is exceeded, the user will be liable to a parking fine of £50 as the Charging Point is provided only for the purposes of electricity charging. When completed, and if previously arranged, visitors can move their car to the Visitors car park.

Staff and Students

Staff and Students can buy an electric vehicle parking permit through the general parking permit application system - check out the site for full details.

What happens next?

• Select the number of hours your require and make payment.
• As you approach the Charging point, call the University's Security team on 01244-123543 - your call will be expected as they will have been notified of your payment.

This is to pay for an annual student parking permit - valid October - September.
